This website has security measures in place to protect the information in our possession from any loss, misuse or alteration. For security reasons, personally identifiable information is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) during transmission over the Internet.
The customers are entering their credit card information on our website using a special SSL Payment Form. For added security, the most sensitive credit card information (such as credit card number, expiration date and security code) is accepted and processed directly on our Gateway's Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant server. The cardholder data are not stored on any network systems, nor are they kept in any other electronic or paper-based formats.
REFUND POLICY
Language Solutions International (LSI) is an accomplished Russian language translation company serving corporate, government and individual clients all over the world since 1996.
The process of acquiring our services may involve any or all of the following decision-making steps:
receive a comprehensive translation quote
study the representative list of our clients
read testimonials of our corporate or individual clients
get our professional references
ask for a sample translation or order a new test translation
request a copy of our business registration certificate
As a result, the client makes an informed decision.
In the unlikely event a refund is requested, the claim should be submitted within 14 days and contain the following:
a comparative analysis of the translation and the original it has been derived from with the client’s comments specifically addressing the disagreements
an evaluation report, certified and notarized, from a qualified US based industry/production or linguistic institution supporting the claim
The claim will be studied by our management team and, if necessary, by our consultants -- managers and scientists in specific industry and production areas. Upon the resulting decision, a refund will be issued or declined within 14 days from the receipt of the claim.
